This piece is for guitar duet. It described Abram's journey as he leaves his homeland to cultivate the land of Canaan according to God's will. He received God's blessings through his faith. This piece is based on the Dorian mode and uses syncopated rhythm to present the footsteps of the traveler. The entire piece presents a chanting melody and a lively rhythm to narrate Abram's faith and his courage in the face of difficult circumstances.
