Refund policy

(Returns)
Generally we do not accept returns unless the item has defects.
Our sheet music and scores are "print-on-demand" and will begin printing immediately once the order is completed and payment is confirmed. We will not accept cancellation after the order and payment are set.


(Exchanges)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at global@goldenheartspublications.com as soon as possible.
