[import fee]: Import-related value-added taxes—such as customs duties, VAT, or TVA— , and delivery company fees are not included in the price. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient (the customer) and will be billed directly by the delivery company upon delivery. If payment is refused, the items will be discarded, and no refund will be issued.
[Sales to the USA] For the time being, we will use UPS (and Yamato Transport) for sales and shipping as an alternative to EMS. *Please note that delivery to P.O. boxes is not available.
[Regarding sheet music published by publishers other than "Golden Hearts Publications"] All sheet music not published by "Golden Hearts Publications" is published by other companies and is not Golden Hearts Publications' music. They are not a subsidiary of our company, and we simply purchase music from them as a retailer. Please contact each publisher regarding the use and rights of their music, not our store. And therefore, the PDF version does not exist in our store.
[Special Order] We may be able to order products that do not have a dedicated page, so please feel free to contact us.
