According to your instrument, you may play 1 octave higher or lower from notation. Partially changing octave is also acceptable (for example, in case some notes are too high/ low to play).
MM in Tempo Indication is just for your reference, and natural Agogik (such as [rit.]) is also acceptable.
4th movement, “Passacaglia” may be a little bit difficult to play than other movements, because Tempo changes often. Directors can beat by hand claps, or conduct. Or, halting play at the bars whose tempos change may be a solution.
